Hurworth Community Association
Hurworth Grange Community Centre is a beautiful old manor house that was built in 1875 for James Backhouse and is set in fourteen acres of land. It was owned by the St. John of God for the training of brothers. In 1969 it was acquired by Hurworth Parish Council and given to Hurworth Community Association for use as the Community centre we see today.
 
Teesside Yesteryear Motor Club
Was formed in 1966 and currently has about 275 members. We organise some 30 events per year for yesteryear cars and motorcycles. Membership cost £18 per year which includes monthly newsletters. Membership secretary:- Roy Glanville Tel 01642 84707, Website  tymc.org.uk
